Former NYC Mayor Ed Koch And New York Uprising Praise Michael Allegretti For Committing His Support To Reform New York State Government
Allegretti Praised For Signing Off On Non-Partisan, Independent Group’s Three Pledges For Reform: Responsible Budget Reform, Independent Redistricting and Ethical Government
Staten Island, NY – Former New York City Mayor Ed Koch is praising small business owner and Republican endorsed candidate, Michael Allegretti, who is running in New York’s 13thCongressional District for committing his support to reform New York State’s government.
Koch and his newly founded organization, New York Uprising are praising Allegretti for joining a coalition of both Republicans and Democrats who support reform in New York State. Michael Allegretti has signed off on the group’s three pledges for reform: responsible budget reform, independent redistricting and ethical government.
New York Uprising is a non-partisan, independent coalition formed by former Mayor Ed Koch that advocates for meaningful government reform across New York State. Former NYC Mayor Rudy Giuliani and Former New York State Governor Mario Cuomo are also trustees of New York Uprising and support these reforms.
